Note	Known as Stevie, he was barrel-chested and had a nice head of hair. He was a good step-grandfather to Kay and especially to Fredda, for whom he was like a father. He died on his 72nd birthday. That morning he got up to go to work, got dressed in his starched and ironed khakis, and was signing a form to get his social security benefits while he was working (he had just become eligible that birthday), when he died.
Note	Mattie met Stevie at Forest Park in Ft. Worth - he would take his kids there.
